There are very few projects where I don't use Pure Data. It's is such a powerful and adaptable tool that I have used for modular synthesis, sound design, generative composition, and even building plugins for Wwise.
MODULAR SYSTEM
MODULAR SYTHESIS AND DSP SYSTEM DEVELOPED IN PUREDATA
INTRODUCTION
In 2020, I developed a modular synthesis and audio processing system using Pd. The aim for the project was to produce an interface that could provoke novel and engaging sound design opportunities by using block based processing systems, similar to modular synthesis and other software such as Reaktor.

DEVELOPMENT
The build implemented a selection of advanced techniques in PureData including Dynamic Patching, abstraction based send/receive systems, and abstraction based parameter save systems, as well as a wide range of DSP systems such as FFT, Chebychev Polynomials, DC Coupling Control Voltage and additive synthesis.
